Job description / Role
• TAC Honeywell Experience – so will probably have worked for HON before
• Building automation protocols – Bacnet, Modbus, Lon and OPC
• Must be able to analyses the logs and investigate
• This position is responsible for Improving and expanding Honeywell Saudi Arabia local end user base with high focus on Government Ministries Key accounts, Direct Store Delivery, Warehousing, DC, T&L, Industrial, Manufacturing & Filed Services & Develop and maintain a highly effective end user network.
• Support onsite software installation, servicing and rectification
• Be the face of HON to end users, customers and consultants
• Learn end to end product and solution development
• Become a Technical expert for complex HON solutions
• Act as an Escalation point for the field service specialist, service engineers and other stakeholders
• Provide solutions for advanced modification and customization on EBI, DVM and CPO
• Support the troubleshooting of application software on remote / on site as and when required
• Provide first level technical assistance against any software issues
Requirements
• Degree – Electronic engineer or Computer Science
• Min of 8 – 10 years experience in Tech Support or installation and commissioning in integrated building systems
• Focus on BMS and Security systems (access control, video and intrusion)
• Capable of analyzing EBI Logs, Trace Logs, Wireshark Logs, SQL Logs and SUSI Logs
