Senior Finance Manager - Saudi National

Job description / Role

A large manufacturing company based in Saudi Arabia (Jubail) is looking for a Senior Finance Manager - Saudi National to lead the financial activities of the company on the aspects of accounting, financial planning & budgeting and financial reporting.

The Senior Finance Manager - Saudi National's responsibilities would include:
* Establish, develop and comply with the Finance & Accounting policies, procedures and standards.
* Lead and manage the activities related to general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets & capital projects, Zakat & Income tax, budgeting, product costs, management reporting and business planning.
* Develop a career plan & coaching for direct report managers.
* Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements to meet the any regulatory requirements of Governmental Authorities.
* Ensure the adequacy of internal control systems for various financial and operational activities
* Closely liaise with the external/internal auditors and satisfy all audit work requirements.
* Develop accounting policies and procedures and ensure compliance with IFRS standards

Requirements

* Posses a Bachelors degree in Accounting
* 10-15 years of experience with excellent accounting and financial background.
* Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in managerial role.
