Description

* Lead and oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
* Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
* Develop and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
* Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership to support business planning and decision-making.
* Collaborate with global finance teams to align regional and corporate financial goals.
* Manage audits, tax filings, and external reporting in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
* Drive process improvements, cost optimization initiatives, and financial system enhancements.
* Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
