Job description / Role

Senior GIS Draftsmen - ISP/OSP/FTTx

DESIGN TECHNIQUES SUPPORT
Supports Draftmen for reference and support on design skills and solutions
Eventual team manager for high skill issues

DESIGN PREPARATION
To prepare maps for surveyors with the concerned regions,
To check the survey report,
To ask the surveyors to re-survey some zones,
To keyboard the survey results on the design tool

DESIGN TOOL
To run the design tool correctly,
To make the necessary settings for the tool,
To translate the engineering rules to the parameters of the tool,
To make the necessary modifications asked by the design manager

TOOL OUTPUTS
To get the correct outputs from the design tool

Requirements

Fluent in Arabic and English (oral/written)
5 years’ experience in ISP/OSP Design tools
2 years’ experience in FTTx networks
Other : PC, Autocad and word / Excel software
Having IT skills.
Having knowledge about CAD programs and surveying technology.
Being able to analyze graphical data
