Senior HR Business Partner - KSA

EMR is an emerging markets foremost provider of recruitment solutions specialised in most industrial segments and key functions. We are currently working with a leading multinational looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to be based in KSA.

Our client is in need of a Senior HR Business Partner to be part of a growing team of HR professionals in the KSA. The candidate will be responsible for acting as a trusted advisor on all human capital management matters, ensuring keen understanding of the business to implement HR strategies and practices that support robust business growth and reinforce a culture of performance focus and diversity.

Responsibilities would include:
- Leading as a strategic partner with the business in advising, coaching and mentoring management and the HR team on people related issues
- Leading and supporting the implementation of business structure reorganisation and consolidation to deliver efficiencies
- Understanding the business, in particular the sources of profit and the cost base to support the implementation of HR strategies and practices
- Directing the Employee Engagement surveys, ensuring all impact plans have been submitted and implemented in the business
- Leading and managing the change management and organisational development strategies, influencing and assisting organisational change initiatives in support of business strategies
- Playing an integral role in the Talent Review processes, challenging and providing input to line managers
- Providing input into the Business Learning Needs Analysis to support the accomplishments of key business metrics
- Ensuring that the compliance of HR policy is maintained to review and strengthen business internal controls and procedures
- Conducting accurate and efficient annual manpower and budgeting exercises; creating and obtaining approvals for managing HR department budgets
- Assisting managers in addressing performance issues; providing guidance on effective coaching and counselling to improve performance
- Working in partnership with the talent team to support the talent agenda
- Working closely with the business leadership to ensure effective delivery of HR administration and services
- Ensuring an effective and timely internal communication of HR programs and organisation issues. Proactively contributing to the development of these initiatives and providing on-going actionable assessments of their effectiveness

Requirements

- Master’s degree in HR or similar discipline (addition certifications preferred)
- More than 10 years of relevant experience in HR
- Previous experience as a HR Business Partner
