We are seeking a driven, hands-on, and operationally sharp senior HR manager to build and scale the customer service organization in Saudi Arabia - projected to grow to over 1,000 employees.

This leader will own all aspects of HR operations, employee engagement, performance, and compliance, acting as a strategic partner to the CX leadership team while ensuring seamless day-to-day people delivery.

The role requires someone who thrives in high-growth, high-pressure environments - balancing strategic structure-building with an unrelenting focus on execution, workforce stability, and employee experience.

Key responsibilities

Build & scale Saudi HR function:

  • Establish the HR foundation for the Saudi customer service organization from the ground up - structure, policies, tools, and delivery.
  • Partner closely with CX and TA teams to support rapid headcount growth while maintaining compliance and operational excellence.
  • Design scalable onboarding and retention frameworks to ensure strong agent performance and low early attrition.

Drive HR operations & compliance:

  • Oversee all HR processes - contracts, payroll coordination, attendance, and visa management.
  • Ensure full compliance with Saudi labour law, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and Qiwa regulations.
  • Build efficient, automated workflows for documentation, reporting, and HR analytics.

Employee engagement & retention:

  • Design and execute engagement programs tailored to large-scale frontline teams.
  • Maintain a consistent pulse on morale, motivation, and feedback through surveys and focus groups.
  • Partner with CX leadership to address attrition drivers, improve satisfaction, and strengthen long-term retention.

Performance & development:

  • Support the rollout of performance frameworks that enable fair, data-backed evaluations.
  • Coach supervisors and team leads on managing and developing their teams effectively.
  • Build early talent development pathways to promote strong performers into leadership roles.

Employee relations & risk management:

  • Act as the main HR point of contact for grievances, escalations, and disciplinary cases.
  • Ensure consistent enforcement of company policies while maintaining trust and transparency.
  • Proactively identify risk areas and implement preventive HR measures.

Collaboration & leadership partnership:

  • Serve as a trusted partner to CX operations, providing strategic advice and people insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, TA, and regional HR to align on policies and workforce planning.
  • Represent Saudi HR in regional discussions, ensuring local needs are met within global frameworks.

Skills, knowledge & expertise

  • Deep knowledge of Saudi labour law and local HR systems (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, Mudad).
  • Proven experience in scaling HR operations from early-stage setup to large-scale delivery.
  • Strong operational and analytical mindset - data-driven, structured, and execution-focused.
  • Empathetic yet firm leader, able to maintain discipline and motivate teams through high-growth cycles.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
