Senior HSE Supervisor

Job description / Role

• Oversee and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies on-site.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Develop and implement HSE training programs for employees and subcontractors.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, providing reports and recommendations for corrective actions.
• Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safe work procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of HSE performance, incidents, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with different departments to promote a strong safety culture within the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with local and international HSE regulations and best practices.

• Saudi National (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of on-site experience in an HSE role, preferably in [specify industry if needed]
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and incident investigation
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Salary:
SAR 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
