Human Resources Business Partner - Jeddah

Human Resources Business Partner to oversee Strategic Human Resources to plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy.


Candidates MUST have experience in:

*Compensation and Benefits.
*Strategic Human Resources
*Implementation of STIP and LTIP incentives

Salary:
SAR 30,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

*This role is ONLY open to Saudi Nationals
*Ideal candidates are currently living in Jeddah - Saudi Arabia
*Candidates must have at least 5 years HR experience.
*HR certificate or Diploma is required.
