Senior HVAC & Plumbing Design Engineer (Saudi National)

Job description / Role

KBR-AMCDE is a leading engineering and project management services company in Saudi Arabia that provides FEED, Detailed Design, Procurement and Project Management Services to the Onshore and Offshore oil and gas markets. Leadership and Management Skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of HVAC & Plumbing Engineers & designers .
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation .
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills.

Additional Qualifications
- Experience in GES+, Saudi Aramco, LSTK or similar projects.
- Experience in Energy Modelling will be added benefit (but not essential)

Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.

Professional Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HVAC & Plumbing design, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in HVAC design software such as HAP & ELITE CHVAC
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE, IMC, IPC, SBC, NFPA & SMACNA standards .
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other advanced design technologies.
