Title:
Senior HVAC & Plumbing Engineer

Professional Experience
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in HVAC & Plumbing design, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in HVAC design software such as HAP & ELITE CHVAC
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE, IMC, IPC, SBC, NFPA & SMACNA standards .
- Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other advanced design technologies.

Leadership and Management Skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of HVAC & Plumbing Engineers & designers .
- Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation .
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Strong presentation skills.

Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.

Additional Qualifications
- Experience in GES+, Saudi Aramco, LSTK or similar projects.
- Experience in Energy Modelling will be additional qualities (but not essential)
- Experience in LEED certified projects will be additional qualities (but not essential)
