Job description / Role
-Extensive knowledge of infrastructure design, particularly in mixed-use, retail, and housing developments.
-Proficient in design software such as Civil 3D, AutoCAD, StormCAD, WaterCAD, InfraWorks, and similar.
-Strong understanding of local authority regulations, design codes (e.g., British Standards, AASHTO, DM standards), and permitting requirements.
-Excellent project coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
-Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Requirements:
-Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred).
-Minimum of 15+ years’ experience in infrastructure design within a design consultancy
-Proven experience working on mixed-use developments, retail centres, and residential housing projects.
-Chartered Engineer status or working towards chartership (ICE, IStructE, or equivalent) is a plus.
