Job description / Role
Seeking an experienced Investment Analyst to report on potential investment avenues for a multi-channel group. The successful candidate will engage at Group level, and will advise our client on feasible investment opportunities within the GCC market. DCF forecasts (primarily 3-5 year strategy plans), as well as M&A opportunities.

It is owned by the 18th wealthiest family in the region and expands primarily inorganically.
Description
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing financial information, advice and recommendations derived from global investment data on potential M&A and DCF investment opportunities within the GCC region
* Financial Analysis, Forecasting and Modelling: analysing company accounts, profit and loss sheet and cash flow information
* Market & Industry Analysis: collating detailed, up-to-date information about the economy and financial markets, examine economic trends and their impact on investment potential.

Requirements
* Highly driven, proactive and dynamic individual, that is able to work in a small team environment and operate without supervision.
* Identifying large scale investment opportunities within the GCC space, building and maintaining relationships with the relevant Banks and target companies.
* E2E Transaction experience within M&A (DCF focused)
* Minimum 10 years' experience within Transaction Advisory, Deal Advisory, Corporate Finance within the Consulting, Management Consulting, Investment Banking industries
* Relevant tertiary qualifications: CA, CFA, MBA (preferred)
