Conduct detailed research and analysis and prepare buy / sell / hold recommendations to facilitate and support the decision making process of private equity investments
Client Details
My client is a leading multinational conglomerate headquartered in Riyadh and offices in several countries in Europe and North America.
Description
Deal Sourcing & Screening:
* Contribute to the development of investment opportunities
* Conduct research studies with the purpose of measuring current market conditions of assigned sectors/industries as well as forecasting future market activities and trends; identifying new opportunities within assigned sectors/industries
* Research opportunities and conduct analysis to inform financial forecasting, valuation, and decision making
Deal Evaluation
* Manage the financial analysis and valuation exercise
* Carryout industry or sector research related to potential acquisition targets
* Develop financial models to analyze and simulate company's performance and calculate a valuation range
Due Diligence
* Research financial, operational, and industry key performance indicators of prospect investment
Dear Structuring, Negotiations & Execution
Post-Acquisition
* Report the performance of the existing portfolio according to the agreed performance indicators and private equity best practices
* Attend periodic calls/meetings with portfolio companies/funds and communicate key updates to senior management

Candidate will be overseeing multiple transactions and responsible for managing private equity investments for a leading conglomerate in Riyadh.

Requirements
Candidate must have:
* 6-10 years of relevant experience
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field
* MBA/CFA is a plus
