Description

We are seeking a highly skilled senior IT network specialist to lead and support the organization’s network infrastructure. The role is responsible for ensuring secure, stable, and high-performing network operations while coordinating closely with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

Requirements

4+ years of hands-on experience in networking, IT infrastructure, or technical support. Minimum 2 years in a lead or supervisory network role. Strong expertise in routers, switches, firewalls, wireless networks, and troubleshooting. Experience with network monitoring, incident management, and cybersecurity fundamentals. Ability to coordinate with infrastructure & security, applications support, IT service desk, warehouse & operations teams, and external vendors/ISPs. Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, or related field. Certifications: CCNA / CCNP, Network+, ITIL (network security fundamentals preferred). Strong communication skills and ability to support retail and warehouse operations.
