In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading large-scale IT projects while ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with our strategic objectives.

Your expertise will be critical in managing cross-functional teams, driving project execution, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and clients. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple IT projects, ensuring successful delivery from initiation to closure
• Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, objectives, resource requirements, and timelines
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align project goals with business strategies and client requirements
• Identify risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques to track progress against milestones
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to senior management
• Mentor and support junior project managers and team members while promoting professional development

Requirements

Required experience:

• Saudi nationality is essential
• Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, business management, or a related field
• A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in project management within the IT industry
• Experience in digital transformation projects, system development, and IT infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall / Agile / Hybrid)
• Proven track record of managing complex and high-value IT projects
• Professional certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are strongly preferred
• Additional certifications are considered a plus, such as ITIL, COBIT, Agile / Scrum Master
• Proven ability to coordinate with technical and consulting teams and manage vendor performance
• Good understanding of risk management, scheduling, budgeting, and progress reporting
• Experience in preparing project documentation (scope of work, project plans, progress reports, change requests)

Personal and technical skills:

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to adapt to changing environments
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project and Jira
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in diverse team settings and manage stakeholder relationships
• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must (spoken and written)
