Job description / Role
A leading consultancy in KSA are looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to develop and create designs for landscaped environments for major land developments, building sites, recreational lands, building sites and public spaces. The role will involve initial concept through detailed design development to detailed design and tender documents.
Requirements
• Assist Project Managers in preparations of T&F proposals by providing related landscape information.
• Analyse environmental impact studies
• Prepare landscape design presentations and story boards
• Manage presentation production and sample boards
• Prepare land and hardscape specification, selections of materials and plants
• Preparation of preliminary sketches and detailed design for both hardscape and landscape
• Liaise with clients, contractors and stakeholders
Requirements
• BA Honors degree in or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture
• Minimum of 15 years experience in design of large landscape projects
• Experience in the GCC
• Thorough knowledge of all aspects of landscape architecture
• Freehand presentation skills
