Job Title: Senior Large Portfolio Manager
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About Us: Our Client is a leading innovator in the Payment industry and Card Processing, dedicated to transforming the way financial transactions are processed. Their solutions drive efficiency, security, and convenience for banks and financial institutions worldwide. As they expand their presence in Saudi Arabia, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and manage their relationships with major Retail banks in the region.
Job Summary: The Senior Large Portfolio Manager will be responsible for overseeing and growing a significant portfolio of large banking clients in Saudi Arabia. This role involves strategic management of client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement, and driving revenue growth through tailored payment solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Payment industry and Card Processing , strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing large-scale portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders at major Retail banks in Saudi Arabia.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions with clients to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Strategic Portfolio Management:
- Manage and optimize a portfolio of large banking clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and objectives.
- Analyze client data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing payment solutions and services.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand business opportunities within the portfolio.
- Product and Solution Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor payment solutions that meet the specific needs of each client.
- Provide feedback to product development teams based on client requirements and market trends.
- Stay informed about industry developments and emerging technologies to offer innovative solutions to clients.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track and report on portfolio performance metrics, including client satisfaction, revenue growth, and service delivery.
- Prepare and present regular reports and presentations to senior management and clients.
- Implement strategies to improve performance and address any challenges or gaps.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of account managers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Advocate for clients' needs and ensure their feedback is integrated into company processes and offerings.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CFA) preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in portfolio management, account management, or a related role within the payment industry & Card Processing , with a focus on large banking clients.
Skills:
- Proven track record of managing and growing large client portfolios.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, financial products, and banking operations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic solutions.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
