Senior Lawyer - Riyadh - Law Firm
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lawyer to join our prestigious law firm in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing expert legal advice and representing our clients in a wide range of legal matters.
Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of legal issues.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and other legal matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Manage and oversee junior legal staff, providing guidance and mentorship as needed.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Participate in business development activities to attract new clients and expand the firm's legal practice.
Requirements:
- Formally admitted in Saudi Arabia
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Saudi Bar Association and in good standing.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on litigation and/or corporate law.
- Proven track record of successful case management and client representation.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
Salary:
SAR
45,000 to 60,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Executive search is relationship driven. JEX Personnel will work closely with you to understand the requirements of the role. It is a research-led approach, meaning a search firm will be paid a retainer fee upfront to carry out analyse the marketplace and benchmark for skills/roles and salaries.
A search firm will tend to have extensive knowledge of and access to board directors and senior executives across industries and functions, allowing them to build a large pool of top executive talent
