Senior Lawyer - Litigation

Job description / Role

A Senior Litigation Lawyer for a growing legal team in Jeddah. You will manage all litigation for the company alongside external counsel.

Description

* Maintain deep understanding of FIDIC suite of Contracts and bespoke contracts.
* Manage contract change control process and related correspondence requiring legal input.
* Provide end-to-end support in the management and satisfactory resolution of construction contract claims.
* Manage negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and settlement procedures as assigned.
* Assist and represent on all litigation issues, along side external counsel.
* Provide legal, regulatory and compliance advice to various business units.

Requirements

* Saudi National.
* LLB & LLM degree from an accredited law school.
* A minimum 4 years of extensive experience in litigation across Commercial, Real Estate and Commercial Agreements.
* Should be conversant with relevant property laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
* Proven ability to work independently and to tight deadlines.
