Job description / Role
The Gulf Connexions team is currently working on an urgent mandate within the Investment Banking arm of a prominent Saudi Arabian Commercial Bank.The group has a well structured Legal department including several native Arabic speakers whom take care of regulatory and litigious work.
This role will be reporting directly to the divisional Head of Legal and will be based in Riyadh.
Requirements
The successful applicant will provide legal input to specific business operations, agreements and transactions in different locations and will advise senior management, business teams, operations and support personnel regarding legal issues pertaining to their transactions, products or potential products. He or she will also assist them with the structuring, negotiation and documentation of their business transactions, a large proportion of which are asset management related.
