Look after a hybrid Legal and Compliance function for a major business with key international strategic growth initiatives
Client Details
A large group with over 10,000 employees and assets in Asia, Europe, USA and other emerging markets
Description
Form part of a large legal team who manage the international matters for the holding group. Work with top management, the Chief Legal Officer and international counsel and support them in establishing new offices, a compliance programme, and general legal matters

Requirements
Candidates who apply should meet all of the below criteria:
* Degree in Law and fully qualified lawyer in a recognised legal jurisdiction
* Fluent Arabic speaker essential
* 5-10 years experience as a Legal & Compliance expert
* Knowledge of the Saudi regulatory landscape is essential (experience dealing with Saudi regulators)
