Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a construction and real estate company who is looking to hire an In-House Legal Counsel to work in its Riyadh-KSA headquarters and work on a range of construction, real estate and commercial legal matters across KSA and the wider Middle East. As an in-house position, there will also be an expectation to undertake broader commercial and contracts legal work etc. as required.
This opportunity would be to join a well-respected real estate and development company working on a range of interesting projects across the Middle East. The role will involve working with senior individuals and stakeholders within the business in a key position.
Requirements
To be considered, you should be fully bilingual in Arabic and English and have a number of years’ experience relating to construction related legal work, with good knowledge of FIDIC documents and ideally with exposure to both contentious and advisory matters. Preference would be for a candidate with in-house Legal Counsel experience gained either in-house with another company or in a KSA based law firm.
