Our client is seeking a highly competent Senior Legal Specialist, with broad legal experience, to join their legal team in Riyadh.

Description

* Providing expert legal advice on a range of issues
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
* Collaborating with different departments to identify potential legal issues and propose solutions.
* Conducting research on legal matters that may affect the organization.
* Ensuring that the organization's legal affairs are managed in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
* Participating in the development and implementation of the organization's legal policies and procedures.

A successful Senior Legal Specialist should have:

* A degree in law from a recognized university.
* Proven experience working as a legal specialist in KSA
* Excellent knowledge of legal requirements and procedures within the Kingdom
* Experienced in broad areas of law including (but not limited to): governance, policy, commercial contracts, sponsorship, IP
* Strong research and report writing skills.
* The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Professioal fluency in both Arabic and English
