Partner - US International Law Firm - Corporate / Private Equity

JEX Personnel are seeking a Senior Level Corporate & Private Equity Partner for a leading US International Law Firm based in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The firm is one of the region leading US law firms with multiple offices in the region (and globally) and is regularly ranked in legal 500, Chambers and is listed in the top 20 law firm globally.

The firm is seeking someone to join their Saudi office, however there could be the option to be based in the UAE, Dubai, depending on the candidates profile and preferences.

Also their is an option for Senior lawyer, who aren't at Partnership yet, but may be looking to be looking at the Partnership track at an alternative platform.

Salary:
USD 22,000 to 40,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Suitable candidates will ideally have:

- Been educated in a recognised Common law jurisdiction
- Familiar with the GCC region (ideally with some exposure to the Saudi market)
- Have a proven track record within an international law firm with relevant Corporate & Private Equity experience
- Would be useful to have some Arabic language ability but this is not a requirement
- If looking at Partnership, ideally have some level of client following.
- At least 7 years PQE

A search firm will tend to have extensive knowledge of and access to board directors and senior executives across industries and functions, allowing them to build a large pool of top executive talent
