Job description / Role
This opportunity is with a Large Multinational Company in KSA.
As a Senior Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance. Need to ensure that industrial machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably. Responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, repairing equipment, supervising engineering, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and technical staff, and obtaining specialist components, fixtures, or fittings of the machines. You will manage budgets, and maintain statistical and financial records. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, creating maintenance procedures, and managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
Participate in the implementation of new projects, facility modification, and comment on the concept design phase through the detailed design phase including design review to fabrication and installation of the facilities as well as the start-up of the new installation/facilities. Ensure timely documents review and commenting to Engineering and Projects department on new facilities when requested.
Requirements
To be successful you would ideally possess 6+ years in a Maintenance Engineering role. Preferably Electrical/Electronics Engineering Graduate. Should have experience in maintaining process industry equipment and practical knowledge in TPM concepts. Should have leadership experience in leading improvement teams. Have knowledge in signals analytics, computer vision, Machine learning, and Digitalization. Must know the techniques like PM Analysis and RCM approach. An Electrical Engineer with strong knowledge on Well verse on AC/DC motor control, SCADA, and WinCC designing level knowledge and process automation. A good understanding of Safety standards.
