Eram Talent is seeking a highly skilled and experienced civil engineering - Sr. maintenance engineer to join our team. This role involves the responsibility of managing and overseeing maintenance activities for civil engineering projects, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively in compliance with industry standards. Job summary

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities while ensuring project schedules and milestones are achieved. Supports large-to-mega projects with strong planning, scheduling, and technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules using Primavera (P6).
• Track progress, identify delays, and prepare recovery plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and contractor teams.
• Present schedule updates and maintenance reports to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling practices.
• Proficient in Primavera (P6).

Experience

• 6+ years in maintenance engineering.
• Experience in oil/gas, hydrocarbon, refinery, offshore, or infrastructure projects.
• Background in scheduling and planning for large-to-mega projects.
