Job description / Role
Responsible for assisting in the management of properties under Asset Management/Advisory Agreements. Contribute to the engagements with Operators across the Hospitality Asset portfolio, participating in discussions and negotiations related to Hotel Management Agreements, Technical Service Agreements, Brand License Agreements, and Branded Residences Agreements.

Our client is a large scale development in line with Saudi Vision 2030. The company is supporting the development of world-class tourism, real estate and infrastructure for an important historic site from inception to completion.
Description
* Assist with Hotel Management Agreement (HMA) discussions, negotiations, and formalization of agreements. Help identify potential brands and operators for unallocated sites.
* Serve as the liaison between Head Office and the commission for specific requirements.
* Provide assistance across the organization and support peers when needed to perform their duties.
* Perform other activities as and when required by the board, the CEO, or other relevant stakeholders.
* Collaborate closely with the internal Asset Management team to ensure timely reporting of asset performance and contribute to weekly, monthly, and Board of Directors (BoD) reports for the assigned portfolio under AMA.
* Ensure regular property visits and reporting to manage and execute strategy effectively.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will have substantial experience in Asset Management with a focus on hospitality projects.
* Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or a related field.
* A master's degree is preferred.
* Additional professional certification is a plus.
* 10+ years of experience in hospitality management, or related fields.
* Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English and Arabic.
