At Qiddiya Investment Company, we are reshaping the entertainment and cultural landscape of Saudi Arabia, and we are in search of a senior manager - construction to spearhead our exciting projects. In this vital role, you will oversee all phases of construction operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your leadership will play a key role in enhancing our construction processes and fostering collaboration across various teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

Plan, execute, and oversee all construction activities, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Coordinate with project teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure effective communication and teamwork.

Implement construction best practices that promote efficiency and quality while minimizing risks and enhancing safety.

Conduct regular inspections and site visits to monitor progress and compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.

Manage budgets and resource allocation, ensuring optimization and effective utilization of materials and labor.

Prepare clear and detailed project updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.

Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners, including suppliers and subcontractors.

Drive a culture of safety and quality on-site, ensuring all team members are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field; master's degree preferred.

10+ years of experience in construction management, specializing in large-scale projects.

Proven track record of leading diverse teams and managing high-stakes construction projects successfully.

Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and project management concepts.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical solutions.

Familiarity with construction management software and project tracking tools.

Experience in the Middle East construction industry is highly advantageous.
