Senior Manager - Economic Analysis and Impact Assessment - Public Sector and Government - Saudi Arabia

* Design, implement, and maintain econometric models for macroeconomic, industry, and labor market forecasts, and impact assessments.
* Develop predictive models using time series analysis, panel data, and machine learning techniques.
* Collaborate with teams to address business challenges, formulate research questions, and create data-driven solutions.
* Perform data analysis, including cleaning, manipulation, and visualization, to provide actionable insights.
* Stay updated on econometric and statistical advancements to enhance modeling techniques.
* Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentations.
* Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
* Act as a subject matter expert on econometric methodologies and strategic initiatives.
* Assist in the firm's sectors and regions in developing effective economic reporting models.

Requirements:

Senior Manager - Economic Analysis and Impact Assessment - Saudi Arabia

* Minimum of 8 years of experience in applied econometric analysis, preferably in research or industry settings.
* Strong proficiency in econometric software such as R, Python, or Stata, and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
* Proven experience in building macroeconomic forecast models.
* Excellent understanding of National Accounts and statistical classifications of business data and economic activities.
* Extensive knowledge of econometric theory, including regression analysis, time series analysis, causal inference, and experimental design.
* Experience with large-scale datasets and familiarity with database management systems (e.g., SQL).
* Proven ability to independently lead and manage complex econometric projects from conception to completion, including project scoping, data collection, analysis, and presentation.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for addressing real-world challenges using data-driven approaches.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
