Job description / Role
Our client is one of KSA's largest and oldest banks with products such as Corporate and Institutional banking, SME banking, retail banking, investment banking, brokerage, asset management and insurance service
Job summary:
* Manage the Special Assets (SA) assigned portfolio to deliver the Bank's objectives of minimizing adverse publicity, avoidable losses and the creation of NPLs.
Key responsibilities:
* Takes over time-intensive problem relationships
* Focus on asset protection and doing everything commercially possible to avoid the Bank incurring losses.
* Injects a new urgency into the relationship management approach to focus customers on solving their problems.
* Tests all previous assumptions, ascertains the facts and considers all problem situations from a new perspective.
* Devise solutions to fix problems and return relationships back to RM control or pass them to Recoveries for legal action.
* Supports in customer interactions to achieve better outcomes for the Bank where a lighter touch is appropriate.
* Supplies comprehensive monthly reports to the Board as required on the status of all relationships under assigned portfolio.
* Gives 'lessons learned' feedback, training and experience to help improve business knowledge and performance.

Requirements
Requirements:
* Candidates with Corporate Finance/Corporate Risk experience with minimum 5-7 years of experience within the region will be considered.
* Candidates with Bachelors/Masters in Finance/Accountancy from a well-recognized university are preferred.
* Good communication and negotiation skills are highly preferred.
