Senior Manager (Key Account & Customer Relationship) Eastern, KSA

We are a UAE based recruitment company, currently seeking a Senior Manager (Key Account & Customer Relationship) for one of our clients in the Eastern Region in Saudi Arabia which is one of the leading facilities management, hospitality and catering companies in the Middle East. The qualified candidate will be handling all sales activities related to the client/s.

Job Purpose:
• Liaison with customers and conduct routine visits to ensure that all F&B, Equipment Services and other flight requirements provided for the Client are as per specifications based on the assigned routes.
• Coordinate with Menu Planning and Development Chef, Costing and Pricing, Purchasing, Catering Orders, Meal Policies, F&B Manuals, GLP policies and related documents.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• BS Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
• With experience and understanding of Catering business
• Proven professional experience as Sales / Customer Service Executive and track sales KPI target, aligned with department’s objectives and company business goal
• Understand and monitor Sales Metrics (Annual Forecast, Sales Results, Meal Costing)
• At least with 5 years proven working experience as Sales or customer service

Knowledge and Skills:
• Knowledge of CRM software (preferably in SalesForce)
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Excellent communication
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
