Qiddiya Investment Company (QIC) is inviting applications for the position of Senior Manager - Programs. This pivotal role will lead the development and execution of program strategies that align with our vision of offering world-class entertainment and cultural experiences. You will manage a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring successful delivery through a collaborative approach with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multiple programs and initiatives in line with QIC's overall strategy.
• Develop and implement program governance frameworks to facilitate project success.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align program objectives and drive synergies.
• Monitor program progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and present program progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• At least 8 years of experience in program management with a focus on large-scale projects.
• Proven experience in leadership roles involving cross-functional collaboration.
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including experience with Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
