Job description / Role

The role of the Senior Manager, Investment is to support the Investment Senior Director in making informed investment decisions by analyzing market trends, conducting due diligence, and assessing risks. The role also involves managing external consultants and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

The client is a leading RE investment fund in the KSA region expanding actively with multiple new portfolios across the country.

Description

* Defining feasibility components for investment projects (costs, returns, etc.)
* Analyzing market trends and identifying investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia (KSA)
* Evaluating macroeconomic implications and real estate trends
* Conducting due diligence and risk assessments
* Managing external consultants and service providers
