General summary

The Senior Manager – Reporting & Communications is responsible for defining and leading the reporting, insight, and communications framework for Qiddiya’s Transport Business Unit (TBU). This role ensures that performance, risks, stakeholder activities, and strategic decisions are communicated with precision, clarity, and impact across internal leadership channels and to external stakeholders.

This role requires a strategic communicator with the ability to synthesize complex information into concise, persuasive outputs. Acting as the central point of coordination for all TBU communications, the Senior Manager transforms complex project data and stakeholder inputs into concise, executive-ready narratives that enable decision-making and alignment. The role works closely with Corporate Communications, PMO, and Strategy teams to uphold Qiddiya’s standards of transparency, consistency, and brand excellence.
