Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a driven and innovative senior manager - special projects to spearhead exceptional initiatives within our portfolio. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing unique projects that align with our strategic vision and contribute to the development of a world-class entertainment destination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sensitive strategic initiatives
• Support marketing teams on major organizational transformations and TOM development
• Coordinate consultant engagements, ensuring delivery quality and alignment with CoE priorities
• Act as PMO for marketing leadership committees and strategic workstreams
• Ensure synergies and alignment between marketing, commercial, and destination functions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or internal strategy
• Strong PMO, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading large cross-functional or transformation projects
• Ability to deliver under tight timelines and high executive visibility
