Job summary

The Senior Manager – Stations is responsible for leading design initiatives within the Qiddiya project, which aims to create the world's premier entertainment and cultural destination in Saudi Arabia. Your expertise in the planning of rail operations, design development, and project management will be crucial in driving sustainable and effective transportation solutions. This role ensures the safety and protection of passengers, employees, infrastructure, and assets while maintaining compliance with national regulations and international best practice in railway station operations.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Oversee the operational interface with the station design process, from concept through to detailed design stages.
• Develop and lead the station operations strategy for the railway, ensuring alignment with business objectives and operational goals.
• Manage design timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Lead a cross-functional team to ensure seamless and efficient station operations.
• Collaborate with the designer, operations, technology, and marketing teams to implement new technologies and innovations that enhance the passenger experience, with particular focus on the unique aspects of the Primary Urban Axis.
• Foster collaboration among internal teams to maintain design quality and consistency.
• Conduct regular alignment design reviews to ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
• Integrate innovative technologies and sustainable practices into the design process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in railway operations or a related field.
• 10-15 years of experience in station management, with a strong focus on large-scale projects and events.
