As the Senior Manager - Transportation, you will be responsible for leading the strategic and operational performance of the transportation division across the Kingdom. This role requires a seasoned leader who can drive efficiency, optimise fleet and route management, and ensure the highest standards of service delivery and compliance.

Description

* Oversee day-to-day transportation operations across all regions
* Lead strategy development for route optimisation, fleet management, and cost control
* Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery performance and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and scalability
* Manage and mentor a team of regional managers and supervisors

* Minimum 10 years of experience in transportation and logistics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
* Proven track record in managing large-scale transportation networks
* Strong knowledge of fleet operations, route planning, and last-mile delivery models
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in the Saudi or GCC market preferred
* Arabic language skills and knowledge of local regulations are advantageous
