Senior Marketing Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing brand positioning, driving customer acquisition, and ensuring revenue growth in alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, offline, events, PR).
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI optimization.
• Oversee digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and support revenue targets.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed marketing reports.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve performance targets.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and cultural considerations in KSA.

Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8–12 years of marketing experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Experience in the Saudi Arabian market is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and brand expansion.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage).

Salary:
SAR 9,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
