Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities
- Test and prepare incoming and outgoing equipment. Ensure correct routines to ensure cost control and high standard of equipment is maintained.
- Maintain machine and equipment history file and housekeeping of mechanical work area.
- Request new spare parts, equipment and maintaining the consumption record, forecasting future requirement.
- Able to follow, understand hydraulic system diagrams.
- Repair cylinder engines, general mechanical works, reading and understanding machine manuals and part books.
- Ensure that work is performed safely and within time limits where breakdowns on site occur.
- Train and supervisor junior mechanics, and new employees
- Ensure that all information and events on site are logged accurately and handed over to the Foreman.
- Assist the Site Supervisor, Foreman and other mechanic technicians in providing suitable solutions to problems/situations faced on site.
- Fully adhere to KELLER’s QHSE policy requirement through-out the duty hours

Requirements

Qualification and Experience Requirements
- Qualification: Technical certificate preferable in Auto Mechanics or high school with specialized training
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience in similar role within a Geotechnical Organization or similar working environment.
- Language: Good command of English language both written and spoken.
