Job description / Role
As a Senior Network Security Engineer, you will be responsible for the reliability of the networks, the design and implementation of new projects and the ongoing monitoring of the environment.

Description
* Administer and configure security-based applications in the organisation.
* Create and edit security policies, research and recommend new or modifications to security existing policies.
* System administration and analytics for network security related systems.
* Distributing and loading updates to intrusion detection systems (IDSs), firewalls, data loss prevention systems, and other network security systems.
* Analysing security notices issued by information system.
* Monitoring systems for security incidents or breaches, and reporting security gaps through audits of the network.
* Roll-out of system updates and patches to strengthen network security.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering or equivalent.
* 5+ years of network security administration experience, with preference to candidates coming from the financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of network security systems and technologies.
* Accreditation in one or more certifications that cover CCIE Security, CCNP R&S, CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, and OSCP.
