Senior Operations Executive

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Operations Executive to drive operational excellence and efficiency in our fast-paced FMCG environment. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the janitorial items and facilities management sectors, and will play a key role in streamlining our processes while ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence strategic initiatives and foster strong relationships with our clients and suppliers in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and manage ongoing projects to ensure timely execution and quality delivery of services.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the business.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and optimize supply chain logistics for janitorial and facilities management operations.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure their needs are met and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with service agreements.
- Lead, train, and mentor operations staff to enhance their skills and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the FMCG or facilities management sectors.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and vendor management.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify and solve complex operational issues.
- Proven track record of managing teams effectively and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
