Job description / Role
• Manage and support OSS/BSS applications (Billing, Web portal, and CRM)
• Prepare reports from various systems
• Incident resolution and problem escalation
• Support business users
• Install and troubleshoot applications and databases
Requirements
• Bachelor degree in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent
• Experience in Oracle ERP modules is a must
• Experience in Oracle SQL is a must
• C++/Java 5+ years of experience is must
• Technical experience in ERP is a plus
• Any related Oracle certification is a plus
• Experience
• Telecom background is must
• Knowledge about telecom billing and CRM is must
• Can write complex SQL scripts is must
• Database management and maintenance
• Administration and configuration of applications
• Troubleshooting and problem isolation
• Familiar with complex system architecture
• Implementation of ITIL standards
• Experience in development
• Can write shell scripts
• Enterprise integration and integration with third-party providers like SADAD, Payment Gateways, SMS providers
