Job Description
Providing expert-level consulting services for the design, implementation, and support of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modules within Oracle Fusion Applications. Collaborates closely with clients to understand their business processes, configure the ERP modules to align with their requirements, and ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices and solutions.
- Engage with clients to elicit and assess business requirements associated with ERP functionalities and processes.
- Deliver integrated solutions through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Offer post-implementation support to ensure the smooth functioning of ERP solutions.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, business analysts, and project managers.
- Manage communication with key customer stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of Oracle Fusion Applications updates, new features, and industry trends.
- Provide proactive recommendations and enhancements based on acquired knowledge.
- Customize and configure the ERP modules to meet client-specific needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the ERP modules for continuous improvement.
Personal Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Extensive experience working as a consultant specializing in Oracle Fusion Applications ERP modules implementation and support. EBS knowledge is a plus.
- Has the skill mix of business knowledge, technical knowledge, and effective negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
Technical Skills
- In-depth knowledge of ERP concepts and modules within Oracle Fusion Applications such as Financials, Procurement, Projects, or others as relevant.
- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ERP modules, including data migration, workflows, and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Oracle certifications related to Oracle Fusion Applications ERP module will be a plus.
- Experience in leading workshops, conducting training sessions, and providing end-user support.
- Experience with implementing ERP modules in the domain of expertise (Financials, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Enterprise performance, etc.) in one or more industries.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
