Job description / Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paralegal to join our prestigious international law firm based in Riyadh. This role focuses on corporate law matters and offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team on complex, cross-border legal transactions and advisory work within the corporate sector.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and draft memoranda on complex corporate law issues relevant to Saudi Arabia and international jurisdictions.
- Assist attorneys in preparing corporate transaction documents, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate governance materials.
- Manage and organize large volumes of legal documents and maintain meticulous case files and databases.
- Coordinate with clients, government authorities, and internal teams to facilitate smooth transactional processes.
- Support due diligence activities by reviewing and summarizing legal documents related to corporate deals.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in Saudi Arabian corporate law, regulations, and international legal standards.
- Mentor junior paralegals and provide guidance on best legal practices and firm procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; Paralegal certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a paralegal, with a strong focus on corporate law in a multinational law firm setting.
- Deep knowledge of Saudi Arabian corporate law and international corporate legal frameworks.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and document drafting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in legal software, document management systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency is a significant advantage.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
SAR
25,000 to 30,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
