Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise between individual project teams and executive management
- Investigate phasing of the portfolio of current and upcoming projects
- Prepare the master programme for the portfolio of projects
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of phasing options within individual projects
- Prepare the master programme for each individual project
- Prepare and manage strategic programmes, including design, procurement and construction schedules together with supporting information and supporting schedules
- Coordinate with the Contracts and Commercial teams to ensure delays and variations are analyzed properly
- Review construction programmes received from contractors and analysing them in line with the contractual requirements
- Arrange planning workshop meetings to discuss and assist contractors and/or consultants to close their planning issues
- Review contract documents, suggesting changes for planning and programming aspects and the addition of new clauses as necessary
- Review subcontractor delay claims
- Prepare extension of time analysis
- Prepare analysis of critical path
- Develop work plans for the project based Planners

Requirements

Experiences and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree from recognised university;
- Must have Mixed Use building project experience;
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
- Team and /or independent worker;
- Possess good project background and proven English language technical writing ability and skills
