Faithful+Gould are looking for Sr. Planning Engineer to join the team in KSA.

Responsibilities

- Implement project controls systems for tracking and reporting project performance to agreed KPIs across the portfolio of Divisional Projects
- Reporting and highlighting the time and cost impact of scope change and prolongation across the portfolio of Divisional Projects;
- Review claims and provide support on claims
- Monthly Progress Updates, internal and external, for all projects;
- Promote a culture of learning, innovation and improvement within the Project Controls team.

Requirements

Key Requirements

- Degree in Technical, Civil or Project Management, with a minimum of 8 years' experience, preferably with 5 years in the GCC market;
- Track record of planning, managing and delivering projects from inception through to delivery; preferably in mixed used developments (infrastructure, master planning, residential and non-residential assets)
- Thorough understanding of the planning process in the complete project life cycle
- Ability to create time schedules from little information. Need to work independently and under pressure
- Effective IT and communication skills in report writing, presentations and effective conversations
- Sets up systems for progress measurement. Work with consultants and contractors for implementation
- Experience in Advanced Dashboards is required.
- Advanced Competence in using Excel, Power Bi, P6
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to quickly adapt to changing environments and requirements; self-motivated
- Ability to analyse/prepare claims
