Senior Planning Manager - Infrastructure

Job description / Role

• To lead and coordinate the team of planning engineers in preparing and updating the project schedules and reports in accordance with the company planning standards and analyzing information and recommending corrective actions to the project team leaders with the objective of keeping the project on track as per the contract schedule.
• Contract Schedule preparation with resource loading, monitoring and control of progress, resource, cost and updating schedule using Primavera.
• Tracking the construction programme, re-scheduling and drawing catch up plans and preparing all planning reports.
• To advise the Project Director when actual progress deviates from the scheduled progress in order to strategize and re-align for on-time completion
• To participate in the progress meeting with Client & Consultant, to discuss on the status of the project.

Requirements

• University Qualifications: Civil Engineering or any related/ equivalent degree
• Other certifications obtained: PMP
• Nature and length of previous experience: at least 10 years of planning management experience in the contracting sector. Must have a strong contracting background and expertise in infrastructure project.
• Language Fluency: English, Arabic
• Current Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
• Nationality Preference: Any Nationality
