Senior Project Control Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Project Control Manager to join our growing team. This pivotal role involves overseeing the project controls for various infrastructure projects that are essential for the development and transformation of Saudi Arabia. As a Senior Project Control Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping project strategies, optimizing performance, and ensuring budget and schedule adherence.

Your expertise in project control best practices will guide the development of comprehensive project plans, effective risk management strategies, and precise monitoring and reporting processes. You will lead cross-functional teams in delivering successful project outcomes while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the planning and execution of project controls across multiple large infrastructure projects
• Establish and maintain project control standards, procedures, and guidelines
• Monitor and report on project performance metrics, ensuring timely documentation and analysis
• Manage project cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts
• Identify risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with project managers and teams to enhance project delivery and achieve strategic objectives
• Provide training and mentorship to junior project control staff
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment between project goals and company strategy

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline
• A minimum of 12 years of experience in project controls for large-scale construction or infrastructure projects
• Deep understanding of project management practices, methodologies, and tools
• Expertise in project scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with a results-oriented mindset
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Professional certifications in project management (PMP, CCM, etc.) are highly desirable
