Senior Project Controls Manager

Job description / Role

Randstad have partnered with an international project, programme and cost management consultancy as they require a Project Controls Manager to join the team on a major hospitality building project in Saudi Arabia. Due to the location of the role, this is a single status posting.

The successful candidate will develop and manage all phases of the project controls including planning, scheduling and cost analysis. You will provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to project for the resolution of difficult and complex project control problems.

Key responsibilities:

- Interfaces with client, attends regular meetings and provides reports on scope schedule and cost status
- Manages a team of Project Control Specialists
- Oversees the development and maintenance of an established system to show the hierarchy of plans and schedules
- Recommends and oversees the customisation of project control systems to meet specific project requirements.
- Creates statistical reports for management.

Salary:
SAR 55,000 to 60,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

To be considered for the opportunity, candidates must have:

- 15+ years experience within project controls construction & project management
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field
- Top tier client side experience working on hotel and resort projects
- Proficiency in various Project Controls Software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong team leadership and client facing skills
