The project:
• This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
• Mace is currently providing programme management and looking for high-calibre experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

• You will create and design effective implementations of PMO and project control frameworks and strategies on assigned commissions.
• You will support best-in-class service delivery and effective engagement with the wider industry and professional bodies to promote Mace.
• You will be developing your expertise in PMO and project controls, with a growing internal and external network (e.g., clients, contractors, consultancies and other stakeholders).
• Direct application of specific project control methods, techniques and tools.
• Good working knowledge of EVM and project control methodologies.
• Advise on complex requirements and communicate analysis and corrective measures effectively.
• Manage projects and control delivery of medium/high complexity projects/programmes.
• Proficient in claim and concurrency analysis.
• Playing a key role in multidisciplinary teams and taking a lead role in creating plans or analysing trends using numerical and statistical techniques.
• Supervise and manage a team of professionals delivering project control services and responsible for staff development.

• You will manage project teams in the administration of the PMO and project controls process, particularly with respect to the cost, schedule, change, risk and reporting.
• You will support senior PMO stakeholders in influencing the long-term development of strategy for a function or business unit (BU), creating a sustainable business future.

• You will support the hub PMO and project controls director with resourcing and recruitment for the assigned commission.

Requirements:

You’ll need to have:
• A relevant degree or equivalent with professional work experience in one or more specific disciplines in the programme, project or commercial management disciplines.
• Achieved professional qualification (e.g., APM, MSP. PPC etc.).
• Relevant CSCS Card.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-valued projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
• In-depth knowledge of project control tools and software (e.g., MS Excel, portfolio software, MS Project, PRA, Primavera P6). Able to execute project architecture.
• Proficiency in earned value, baseline, risk, contracts, project control, procurement, engineering, and
• ME fit-out construction experience is preferred.
